TOS / RULES

Please be sure to read the following before inquiring about a commission:

General commission information:
Try to give as much information as possible in your initial contact. This includes the type of commission you'd like, as many references of the character as possible, a description or reference of the pose and expression, and whatever else you deem pertinent. As an artist, I can only work off of what you tell me. The more specific you are, the better.I need to be informed of any and all deadlines before I take on the commission, so I know whether or not I'll be able to complete it for you in time.It's my right to refuse a commission, especially if the nature of the request goes against my morals and values. It's also my right to refuse a commission if you are unable to abide by my TOS.
Payments, Fees & Refunds:
I only accept money via PayPal at this time -- but if that's an issue for you, we can certainly look at other payment methods! I'm pretty flexible with this, so I'm more than willing to work with you.Prices will be listed in USD. Please take this into account if you are commissioning me internationally.Before starting the commission, I will need at least 50% of the payment upfront. 100% is preferable, but please let me know if you need to pay half before and half after.Unless I (1) am unable to finish the commission for you, or (2) have not yet started the commission, I will not be giving any refunds.You can ask for any changes necessary up until I finish the lineart. After that, changes will cost an additional fee.
Rights:
Your finished commission is completely yours. You will have the right to post it wherever you'd like, so you do not need to ask me beforehand for permission. Credit will not be necessary, but it is highly appreciated.If you don't want me posting you commission on my social media, that is your right! I will ask you during the commission process, so do not feel bad about saying no! As my commissioner, your comfort is important to me.If I created a custom design for you, you have the right to trade it and sell it. Keep design prices reasonable - do not try to profit off of others' hard work by charging more than the design is truly worth. And again, credit isn't required but highly appreciated!
